Mr Simon Sparrow Chief Instructor of Herts CKD Mr Sparrow started Tae Kwon Do in 1986 and was part of the Henlow School that converted to Choi Kwang - Do in 1988. It was 10 years later That Mr Sparrow became a Chief Instructor and opened his first school in Stevenage. He then took over Hitchin Choi Kwang - Do in 2000 and went on to takeover the Royston class in 2004. |

Miss Holly Worland Head Instructor of Royston CKD I started Choi Kwang Do in October 2000. I went on to gain my Assistant Instructor qualification in August 2004. I was recently promoted to Head Instructor in May 2005. I began Choi Kwang - Do at 16 years old for some self defense knowledge and exercise I was capable of with Arthritis. |

Mr Robert Hirst Assistant Instructor of Royston CKD I started Choi Kwang - Do in January 2001 at the age of 14 years old. I achieved my Assistant Instructor qualification in November 2002. I have always been fascinated with martial arts from a young age and Choi Kwang - Do has given me the opportunity to keep fit in an enjoyable manner. |

Mr Daniel Scott STORM Team Leader Hitchin CKD I joined Hitchin Choi Kwang Do in September 2002 at the age of 11. I obtained my Storm team suit in 2006 at red belt, I achieved my 1st Degree Black Belt in March 2007 at the age of 15 Choi has taught me a great deal about things such as honesty and self control, I want to go as far as I can in CKD and eventually open my own school. |
