We offer 2 free of charge, individual lessons as a taster to Herts Choi Kwang - Do classes. The Intro lessons are taken by our fully qualified Instructors who will you recognise by the colour of their suits in the class. Assistant Instructors are in blue suits, Head and Chief Instructors wear black suits.
The introduction lessons last between 45 - 60 minutes separately to the class and you will need to wear loose fitting clothes and suitable footwear such as trainers or plimsolls. If you wish to join the class you will be provided with a white suit (dobok) free of charge when you become a member.
We run Children's introductory lessons during the children's class and we ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to class starting. We can take Children into the class from 6 years onwards and the Intro lessons are a good way of the Instructors interacting with the children to see if they are ready to go into the class. If you would like to join in the intro lesson to support your child we can arrange for this.
Alternatively if you would prefer to come along and watch at the back of a lesson you are more than welcome to do so. Any of our Instructors will be happy to give you any further information before or after the class, or book you in for an intro lesson.
We do have a booking system in place for introductory lessons, so we know who will be coming along to take part and allocate an Instructor to your lesson.
